What is the cord's diameter?
The diameter is 4 mm with a 3.7–4 mm tolerance. It stays consistent along the whole spool, so rows sit evenly and joins between pieces remain invisible.
How many meters are in a spool?
The standard spool is 50 meters, and every color is available in this length. Silver also comes in 45 m and 10 m spools — handy for trying it out or for a smaller project.

How do I attach the cord — sew or glue?
Both work. Sew by hand or machine, running stitches between the rhinestones — the most reliable choice for garments that get washed. For decor, bags and interiors, textile or all-purpose polymer glue works well.
Do the rhinestones fall off?
No. The stones are firmly fixed to the textile base and withstand sewing, cutting and everyday wear. The only spot to watch is a fresh cut end: secure it with thread or a drop of glue.
Can I cut the cord into pieces?
Yes, the cord cuts easily with regular scissors at any point. To keep the base from fraying, secure the cut with thread, a drop of glue, or carefully seal the edge — and the piece is ready to use.
What is rhinestone cord used for?

Can items with the cord be washed?

Yes, tiered pricing applies: the more spools, the lower the price per piece — tiers start at 5, 10 and 20 spools. That's meaningful savings for ateliers, decor studios and makers with a steady flow of orders.
Do the colors match the photos on the site?
We shoot our products in natural light and aim to render the shades as accurately as possible. Slight differences are possible due to screen settings; if the shade is critical, message us — we'll advise and send extra photos.
How fast do you ship orders?
Orders placed before 3 pm on weekdays ship the same or the next business day. Delivery takes 1–2 days in Moscow and St. Petersburg and 3–7 days across Russia.
How much is delivery?
Delivery across Russia by courier and to pickup points via CDEK, Boxberry and Russian Post. The cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the region and volume; for large wholesale orders we agree on terms individually.
Can I return the product?
Yes, within 14 days if the packaging is intact and the spool is unused — under Article 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law. Cord cut to a custom length cannot be returned.
