- Moscow and St. Petersburg – 1–2 days. Across Russia – 3–7 days via CDEK / Boxberry / Russian Post.
- Returns & exchange
- Within 14 days of receipt if the spool is unused and the packaging is intact. Cord cut to your custom length cannot be returned.
